Dear Residents,
As you may have seen, our gate is temporally
out of order. We know, as of today, an
unknown car hit the gate a few weeks ago.
Please feel free to call or stop by the front
office if you have any information about the
gate incident. In the mean time, we are doing
what we can to fix the gate in a timely matter.

Breezeways. Violators will be fined $75 PER BAG! • Please remember that our breezeways must be clear of all clutter. We will remove all items and charge $100 for each item.
• ALL MINORS MUST be accompanied by an adult throughout the
• community. Minors MAY NOT be in the clubhouse, gym, pool, or
computer areas unsupervised!!!
