better things. She will be the new Assistant Property Manager at our sister property, Colonial Grand at Godley Station. She will be missed and we will update everyone on her replacement as soon as the decision is made. In the meantime, JT Moir and Laura Sawhill, our Manager

and Assistant Manager, will be more than happy to help with anything you need.

Don’t Kiss Your Money Goodbye... Renew Your Lease!

Moving can be expensive. Take a look at these anticipated moving expenses! • Moving Truck & Movers—On avg. a moving truck for one full day to move across town can cost $100 before

taxes and fees. • Deposit & Fees—When moving to a new apartment most likely you will have to pay an application fee, admini-

stration fee and/or first and last months rent. These deposits and fees can add up! • Utilities—Renewing your lease will also save you the trouble of transferring, cancelling, or starting up new ca-

ble, internet, phone, electricity, and water bill accounts. You will also have to forward your mail, change your address with banks, credit cards, and anyone else who sends you mail.

These are just a few things to think about before making your BIG decision.. However, if you still decide to move please provide the front office with a 60 day written notice.

Pets- We are a pet friendly community. However, we require that every pet is leashed and the owner pick up after their pet every time they are outside of the apartment. No one wants to step in or smell pet waste on the grounds. There is a $25 fee for owners that do not pick up after their pets. Please let us know if you see anyone not picking up after their pet properly.

Parking- The days where people only drove one vehicle are gone. We understand that; however, we want every resident to be able to park near their building. Residents are only to park in a designated parking space. Please help us by removing any inoperable vehicles, those without proper tags, etc. Move unused vehicles to areas that are less congested. Only those with handicap stickers/hangers are allowed to park in a handicap space. Please also do not park moving trailers and pods without discussing it with the leasing office. Vehicles that are parked illegally are subject to being towed by Rahn’s Towing Service.
