COLEGIO SANTA URSULA – LIMA – PERÚ

Founded in 1936 by Ursuline Sisters from Germany, Santa Ursula School of Lima, Peru is at present, a place of meeting in an atmosphere of warmth and personal growth, which provides a multilingual education (Spanish, German and English) and the total development of the student’s potentialities, in search of personal, academic and spiritual excellence.

Under the motto SERVIAM (I will serve) we cultivate in our students the faith in Jesus Christ and the love for others through a strong pastoral care program and social service.

We offer differentiated attention to our girls from three years of age respecting their sensitive periods and we provide a safe environment prepared with Montessori material, which invites to observe, explore, discover and construct learning.

We put special care in the characteristics of adolescents offering them activities that promote concentration, the development of thinking skills, research and communicative abilities, problem-solving, critical thinking and the taste for art in all its expressions. We also provide access to the use of technology in order to expand learning opportunities.

We emphasize self-discipline achieved through daily work, control of the body and the proper use of individual freedom and service to others.

As part of our educational proposal, we have student exchanges with Ursuline schools of Germany such as Santa Angela Schule of Osnabrück and Gymnasium in Neheim and Ursuline Academy of Dallas in the United States. We offer preparation for the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) and for international exams: German (Sprachdiplom I and II) and English (KET, PET and FCE), which allows us to give our students a high standard of quality and global competence.
