    Clean and Clear

    Background and Insight:

Clean and Clear offers more than just skin care - it helps young girls be 'comfortable in their own skin'

and as a result face the world with more confidence. Taking cue from the insight that we can only be

confident when are ourselves, we show how Clean and Clear helps young women live confidently in

    various scenarios.

The real queen of the board:

We show a young pretty girl walking in a school corridor. She's dressed in a cheerleader's uniform, but

    looks very uncomfortable and awkward.

    Cut to:

We see her rushing off to the washroom. Splashing her face, taking deep breaths. Two girls walk in and

are shocked to see her. One of them reminds her that they do not have cheerleading practice today.

The girl pretends she forgot and does a 'oh-silly-me' mime.

    Cut to:

It's lunch hour. Kids idling away near the playground, talking, loitering.

We see the same young girl with a determined expression on her face. She removes backpack and

attaches her phone to USB speakers. She then takes out a pair of pom-poms.

She starts dancing and cheering to a peppy number. The whole school looks on as if she is deranged.

The camera then pans to show a school bus stopping at the gates. We see a banner that reads 'Sheffield

High Chess Champs'. A couple of meek looking kids exit with a big trophy.

(Normally at any school, a sports team will get all the adulation on winning something but no one is

even aware of the other less glamorous teams and their victories.)

She cheers them on. The whole school realises what she was up to and joins her in cheering.

    A streetcar named passion:

We open to a shot of a notice board. It reads 'Springfield Theatre Club Auditions today for 'A Streetcar

    Named Desire. Good Luck!'

We see a long queue, a couple of young guys and girls practising their lines. Joking around.

A pan shot scans the entire crowd. Most guys dressed like Marlon Brando when he played the part. A

few girls talking to each other, all dolled up and are repeating the female lead's famous line: 'I have

always depended on the kindness of strangers'.

The camera stops on a nervous looking girl. She hasn't made an effort to dress up and is lugging around

with a huge bag. She smiles awkwardly and avoids a guy who's trying to chat her up.

Cut to:A young boy on stage with a microphone, 'Last call for Martina Heinman.'

We hear the sounds of someone running in the auditorium. We see the young boy glaring at the girl.

The girl walks in from behind, the camera doesn't reveal her face this time.

The girl then steps in the spotlight and says: 'Hello, I am Martina Heinman and am auditioning for the

    part of Stanley Kowalski'.

The camera shows the girl with her hair all gelled back and dressed in the white iconic vest Marlon

    Brando was seen in.

(Stanley Kowalski is obviously a guy's part and the juiciest meatiest role in the entire play. So we show

how she has the courage and confidence to play a part not even meant for a girl.)

SFX:The boy on stage drops his mike.

We see a close up shot of one of the drama teachers. He leans in and says with a smile, 'Now that's

interesting! Show us what you got Martina.'
