Why us?CLARO DEL BOSQUE aspires to provide our groups
withexceptional service while offering a genuinely authentic
RAINFOREST
EXPERIENCE. With a combined living experience of over 50 years
in
the Osa Peninsula we have a strong knowledge and understanding
of the
area and the challenges it faces. Committed to a holistic
approach working
with the environment we are currently experimenting with new
crops that
are ecologically sustainable.
An important component of our project is a food garden where
wewill collect seeds, plant materials and disseminate knowledge to
the local
communities. We are devoted to conservation and the preservation
of the
Osa Region, its surrounding waters and communities. we
arecontributing members of various conservation organizations and
a
portion of our profits will be donated.
Accommodat ions :classic researcher-style shared
rooms with bunk beds, spring
fed showers and electricity is
provided in the evenings for
limited hours.
Meals are served family style
Wren House: Private 2-
story house that blends in with
a manicured wild ginger
g a r d e n . 1 b e d r o o m ,
kitchenette, bathroom and
washroom.
Mannix: 1-story country inspired bunkhouse with private
shared
bathrooms.
Casita Verde: 2-story family-style house, with 6 rooms,
kitchen,dinning room and shared private bathrooms.
Common areas: the Nu Rancho, a traditional hand woven
thatched roof Rancho, and Rancho Nunkwe, tucked within the
rainforest, are both holistic spaces for lectures, yoga,
meditation and
lounging areas.
You cant miss: Naturally spring feed pools, volcanic sandybeach,
weeping walls, waterfalls, look out point, and the bestmeditating
spots you can imagine.
You will be absorbed into a private tropical wildernesswith no
roads, nightlife, shopping, or supermarkets. Justyou, the
