Dear Mr President

We, the children of year 6 of C.E.I.P. Federico García Lorca from Ceuta, would like to express our feelings about the news we heard that the British Council Bilingual Project is going to be closed next year.

So we would like you to help us, because learning English from an early age is very good for our education.

In English we do not only learn language but also we learn:Science, we do experiments, read stories, write biographies and also we travel to very interesting places where we practice this language.

The British Council Bilingual Project in our school is extremely important for us and for children of future generations because everybody should have the opportunity to study English and so, be able to communicate with people of different cultures.

Please, help us to keep the British Council Bilingual Project in our school.

Queremos comunicarle que hoy es un mal día para nosotros.

Nos han informado de la suspensión del Proyecto Bilingüe MEC/ British Council en nuestro colegio.

A todos nosotros nos gustaría que nos ayudara a mantenerlo .

El programa no solo nos enseña a expresarnos en Inglés, sino que también nos enseña ciencias, hacemos experimentos, leemos cuentos y escribimos biografías en Inglés.

También hacemos viajes a lugares muy interesantes en los cuales usamos solo la lengua inglesa.

Este programa es muy importante para nosotros como para los niños de futuras generaciones, pues todos deberíamos tener la oportunidad de aprender Inglés y así poder comunicarnos con personas de otras culturas.

Nos gustaría que nos apoyara para impedir que suspendan el Proyecto Bilingüe MEC/British Council.
