• The OHL Group is an international construction group. With an extensive, almost centenary, domestic and international experience, the OHL Group maintains a remarkable presence in 30 countries across five continents. Since its establishment, international expansion has been one of the Group's priorities. Attesting to OHL´s international commitment are around 100 years in operation, international since its very beginnings. In fact, its first project dates back to 1912, with the construction of two docks in the Port of Lisbon. Its sales for the year 2010 is 4.9 Billion Euros.

• The OHL group is currently constructing the Jane and Finch Subway Line in Toronto. The company had needs to set up a temporary office for 80 of its employees to work for at least 4 years. Traditional phone companies couldn’t meet our demand, so Callture was approached to set up the entire PBX system. Callture not only did so, but completed it entirely within a single week. The reliability and the quality of the service is excellent.

Case Study:

• We operate radio stations in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, Chicago, the San Francisco Bay Area and we are currently expanding our network to other cities as well. We also do live talk shows where we get a large surges in call volume. So, we decided to start using Callture for our toll free service and they provided us with a vanity toll free number that is able to handle 100 simultaneous calls.

• When our old PBX started giving problems, we started to look for other solutions. We evaluated Callture's PBX solution as well. The quality was excellent and their solution saved us a lot of money. It not only eliminated our need to buy a PBX but also saved us money on monthly costs. We are also saving money on our international calls as well. We don’t need our IT guys to maintain our PBX and on top of that, we are using the same PBX for all of our offices. Our staff can call each other by simply dialing an extension even if they are working in different cities.

• Callture's team worked with us to configure the system the way we wanted and they are there whenever we need them. We are glad to say that it is a totally different experience than dealing with our old provider.
