are able to utilize all the services offered by Workforce Solutions.

• Train and support career office staff providing employment services to customers with disabilities. 

• At the request of Employer Services staff, may provide employers with information on hiring and providing accommodations for job seekers with disabilities.

• Basic: Services available to everyone at no charge

• Expanded: For individuals who are unable to successfully obtain employment through basic services– More customized to needs of individuals– Must meet eligibility criteria– Wide variety of funding streams

• Training: For individuals who are unable to successfully obtain employment through basic & expanded services– Must meet eligibility criteria

– Typically funded by various funds • (example: under the Work Investment Act (WIA))

downsize or close their businesses – Outplacement services to 9,095 workers who lost

their jobs – Financial aid totaling $140 million for job training,

child care assistance and job related support services – Financial aid that benefited a daily average of 31,000
