We invite you to submit your abstract

Authors willing to have their papers considered for oral or poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract through the “abstract submission” link available on www.swwsros2020.com. In order to speed up the review process, authors must ensure that their submitted papers are according to the template considering the following:

Content: The submission is limited to three (3) pages. This consists of a maximum of 2 A4 pages of text including the title, highlights and the main text, and 1 page exclusively for illustrations (i.e. figures, tables etc.), acknowledgments and references. The template is available on the website (www.swwsros2020.com).

Format: The abstract must be submitted as a PDF file and it must follow the template.

Limitations: There is no limitation of papers submitted per author; however, a maximum of two oral presentations by the same author will be accepted.

Topics: Confirm that topics fit your research (check them out at the next page).

Official language: The conference language is English. No translation service will be available. Abstracts submitted in another language will not be considered.

Deadline for abstract submission: March 15th, 2020.

Publication: Accepted abstracts submitted via the online submission system will be included in the conference proceedings and will be distributed to all registered conference participants (subject to the registration of at least one of the authors for the paper). Full papers will be sent to IWA Publishing for peer review in either Water Science and Technology, Water Supply or Water Practice and Technology.

Acceptance notification: authors will be notified by June 1st, 2020. The list of accepted abstracts will be available in the registration area at the website www.swwsros2020.com.

To ensure the presentation of accepted abstracts, at least one of the authors must pay the registration fee by the end of the Early bird registration (June 15th, 2020).
