Deadline for Application and Preliminary Registration: March 31, 2017 (Please apply to the organizer by sending an e-mail to [email protected]) Deadline for Final Registration: June 30, 2017 Deadline for Submission of Full Papers: July 31, 2017 How to apply: Please send the title and a short abstract (within 200 words) by March 31, 2017. Submitted title and the short abstract will be examined by the Scientific and Program Committee. Authors will be notified about acceptance based on the abstract before April 15, 2017. Submission of Full Papers: The full paper should be submitted by July 31, 2017. The manuscript should be made as camera-ready manuscript and be sent to the organizer by E-mail (using MS-Word file and pdf file). Submitted papers will be examined by the Scientific and Program Committee. Authors will be notified about acceptance based on the full paper before August 15, 2017 if needed. Important Dates:

Submission of Abstract From January 1, 2017 to March 31, 2017

Acceptance Notice based on Abstract Before April 15, 2017

Submission of Full Papers From May 1, 2017 to July 31, 2017
