Robert Gelley is moving into # 75. Robert bought Mary Lou's home and isbusy remodeling. Check out the story on Robert that Sylvia has created abouthim in this issue. Marylou is happy in her new place and she still comes everyweek and plays bingo with us. Next month I will Iet you know all about mytrip to San |ose. I'm going with my best friend Linda to celebrate Mary Lou'sB5th birthday with her and her family.

Recycle RV LotWe have posted a new sign here 'No dumping'!Thank you for picking up the items that were left at the RV lot that Wastemanagement would not pick up. Also we got one of the missing green wastebins back. Thanks! We are still missing L more. If you have it or know whohas it please let me know.

For those of you who have not yet done so, please get to meyour vehicle's year make and color. You may call and leave amessage if you don't want to come to office. I don't want to towaway a car that helongs here. If you still have the same car orcars since you moved in then iust call and tell me that. Carsmust have current registration tags.

Yearly Registration card or taxes paid. I sti[ have a few out. Therest of you got me a copy of yours and I appreciate that verymuch. It is the State law that your current registration has to bein your file every year. Thanks!

Guest ParkingIs for guests to park when they come to visit friends or family.Guest parking is not for residents to park their cars or trucks.Resident's vehicles must be kept in their driveways.

Do not let your guests park in the street. I will be handing outmore warnings in writing on windshields. Remember if wehave an emergency in here at someone's home, emergencyvehicles need to get to them as soon as possible. Emergencyvehicles are the only ones who can park in the roadway.

SpeedingReminder the speed limit in Rancho del Bordo is 10 m.p.h.SIow down; a lot of you speed in here and so do the guests.Please SIow Downl We have a lot of grandkids here visiting.

Yards and DrivewaysI wiII be out checking the park and your spaces around yourmobile.I wiII be sending out t4 day notices to those who need to followthe Rules and Regulations and clean up around your mobile.It is fire season!

I have seen a lot of work going on and some amazing yards inthe park. Thanks for taking pride in your lots and homes.

FurnitureWhen you move all the furniture around the pool area you need to put it backwhere it came from. Mike spends every morning putting the furniture back.

BathroomsHelp! The Pool House bathrooms are a dirty mess every day. Please clean upafter yourself and your guests. We have put towels on the bar in bathroom so

you can clean the floor in the bathroom when you get it all wet and dirty.Please wear your shoes when you go into the Pool House.

Robert calls himselfa'Jack ofall trades and master ofnone"! He is currently remodeling hishome with a new floor plan, removing walls and installing new flooring throughout. Robert has

always enjoyed working on projects, to include cars, water pumps, washers, dryers, plumbing,and electrical.

Robert is currently employed by Atascadero State Hospital as a Registered Nurse. He obtainedhis nursing degree in San Diego after a'opolar opposite" career as a Corporate Pilot. Robert'semployment history began when he ob,tained his Airframe & Powerplant Certification. He wasa mechanic for about a year. Then Robert joined the Air Force, became a pilot, and flew KC135's. His Air Force career years spanned from 1985 through 1999. Next, Robert was a

Corporate Pilot, flying celebrities and multi-millionaires and billionaires around the world. Fora time, he flew the Saudi Arabia Oil Prime Minister and Foreign Minister to their destinations.Robert states he became tired of living out of a suitcase and seldom being home. So his sistersuggested he change careers and become a nurse!

Speaking of sisters, Robert is blessed with six sisters and no brothers! His family resides in the

San Diego area.

Warren and Betty have been genealogy addicts for years. Th"y have ancestors who wereMayflower passengers as well as relatives who fought in the Revolutionary and Civil'Wars.

John Howland, a Mayflower passenger, is one of Warren's most notable ancestors. JohnHowland's descendants include four United States Presidents and four English Prime Ministers!

Betty wants to reassure us that Warren is not planning on running in the upcoming election!
