Featuring a trip to MacArthur Memorial for a tourand scavenger
hunt!We will leave campus at about 9:00am and, weather providing, will walk to
the TideStation by the YMCA and ride to MacArthur Memorial.
We will also return on the Tide.
Lunch will be at Chilis, MacArthur Center at noon.
Several choices will be available from the childrens menu and the children
will order before arriving at the restaurant.
We will return to school by 1:30pm for playground, games, crafts, and movie
time.

-*Reservations are required, by calling 627-1383 x241. If the minimum enrollment of 8 is not reached by
Monday, February 25, 2013 at 10:00am, the following sliding scale applies per child if 3- 7 children are
enrolled: 3 children - $95.00, 4 children - $75.00, 5 children - $60.00, 6 children - $55.00, 7 children - $50.00.
-All fees are included for any off campus field trips, crafts, lunch, and snack.
-By enrolling your child in Camp Williams, you are giving your permission for your child to attend the listed
on and off campus activities.
-Camp Williams staff may be reached on the Extended Day cell phone, 237-1875 oron Joyce Sorias phone,
at all times during the day.
-If you wish your child to have sun screen or insect repellant, please fill out the Medication Administration
Form and send the product and the form in with your child on the day or days of enrollment. Forms are
available from the front office, Extended Day or the website.
-Please let us know if you will not be able to drop your child off by departure time, as there is no available
care for your child at school.
**We will have early drop off at 7:30am for $5.00, extra. Reservations required!

Williams School will sell tickets at $50 each. The total amountwill be shared, with 60% to TWS and 40% to the oompa loompa

Biography/ History Month
February is Biography celebration month in the library! Each class is exploring a group of individuals.
Middle School will complement their classroom studies.
On Wednesday, February 27 we will celebrate our annual school wide Biography Day and students come to
morning Assembly dressed as the person they read or studied about. This is meant to be easy for you and we
are only looking for the student to somehow represent this person. We do not mean for you to have to
purchase anything. In the past everyone has gotten very creative with what they have around the house orborrowed from a neighbor. Have Fun!
