What does RISK-TAKING look like in a new language?
USE the language as much as you can. This means while speaking with classmates and the teacher.
Teach someone else (a sibling, friend, or parent) a bit of the language. You learn best by teaching others.
EJEMPLO
. . . The “r” at the end of a verb is a soft “d” sound. . . The “ll” sound much like a “y” or “j” sound

Hablamos en español (have students and parents introduce themselves in Spanish and ask for next person’s name.) Hola, me llamo . . . ¿Cómo te llamas?
