Biography

Dieter Gassner is a Principal and Head Quality Behavioral Finance Fixed Income at LGT Capital

Partners Ltd and a senior portfolio manager for global inflation-linked bonds within the Fixed

Income team.

Mr Gassner has been with the firm since the start of his professional career in August 1991.

From 1994 to 2001 he was a bond trader and in 2001, he joined LGT Capital Management

as a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income team, where he initially was responsible for

several fixed income and strategy funds. As a key professional of LGT’s strategic expansion

in the area of inflation linked bonds, Mr Gassner is the portfolio manager for the LGT Bond

Fund Global Inflation Linked products and institutional mandates, since the inception of this

strategy in 2003.

Mr Gassner holds a SWX trader certificate, an ISMA GCP certificate and is a Swiss-certified

financial planner.
