Beware o sot sand and mud  Attempt beach launching at your own risk. Pets will still be allowed on the beach, but owners must pick up ater their animals. ake a plastic bag along when walking your pets.  AVs are be allowed but they are under the same restrictions as other vehicles. State laws apply on beach. It is your responsibility to know the state regulations where you play. Do not operate inside o the Saety Zone.  All vehicles are to drive in the most direct line to access the water or beach-site, observing the Saety Zone. Speed limit 15 mph. No driving parallel to the water in Utah Use Public Access only - Crossing private prop- erty is RESPASSING.  Anyone is allowed to access the beach rom the  water or by oot rom adjoining state lands. No Camping - No camping or parking between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM on the exposed lake bed o Bear Lake. All equipment must be removed rom the beach each night unless by permit.
