Lead Based Paint Removal / Disposal Scope:

L- 1. Remove Windows & Frames - $3,972.27

L- 2. Remove Doors & Frames - $2,648.18

L- 3. Remove Exterior Loose/ Flaky Paint - $2,648.18

L- 4. Remove Exterior Components - $1,986.14

L- 5. Remove Foundation Door, Frame & Vents - $662.05

L- 6. Remove Interior Wood Components - $2,648.18

Total Cost Of Above Work: $14,565.00 Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Five Dollars. Note: Repair or Replacement of building items removed as a result of our work is excluded.

Standard Terms: All salvage rights are ours. Only one (1) equipment mobilization has been included in this estimate. This proposal is valid for 30 days from above date. Upon acceptance of this proposal a mutually acceptable contract must be executed by both parties prior to start of work.
