What you see in the “Write Orders” column will be different from site to site. It is controlled by the Clinical Application Coordinator (CAC) setup. It may even differ from provider to provider or service to service within your site.

A few of the order check types include:• Drug/drug interactions• Duplicate drug class• Drug/allergy interactions
The two degrees of order checks are:• Significant – for information
only• Critical – requires justification
and signature for acceptance* Order checks appear for both inpatient and outpatient medication order(s).
