DAYS OFF PER NUMBER OF YEARS YOU WORK

FLEX DAYSOur Flex Day Program allows employees to work four ten-hour days and “flex” the fifth day to use as needed. This adds up to to additional 12 days off.

PAID HOLIDAYSEmployees recieve paid time off for all major holidays, including: New Years, Christmas, Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day. Everyone also has one ‘floating holiday’ to use as they choose.

WEEKS A YEARPaid Time Off (PTO) correlates with how long you’ve been with the company. New employees start with 15 days of PTO per year and earn additional time the longer they stay with us.
