You opening this Application booklet is one big step that you have started to be part of Local committee that has the biggest Market in AIESEC in Ethiopia, this experience you are going to have will be part of your lifetime memories and explore the most challenging experience in AIESEC. Being an EB of AIESEC unity will not be an easy work. Thousands of students still need AIESEC to discover their potentials and become leaders with global and entrepreneurial outlook to change the world. When AIESEC in Ethiopia is founded in 2008 by cooperation between AIESEC Italy and KPMG Italy, with support of GTZ and various AIESEC Alumni from AIESEC International Network in Ethiopia and officially began operations in 2011, after being recognized and registered as an Ethiopian society under ministry of justice Agency of charities and society. AIESEC Unity is one of the first LCs in Ethiopia and the first LC to do realizations, it was founded in Unity University and then expanded to AdmasUniversity in October 2011, after two years the entire Local committee redesigned its structure and become City based Local Committee having the biggest youth market and range in AIESEC in Ethiopia and the LC named as " Unity " indicating that all Private Universities and Higher Educational Institutions in Addis Ababa.

Application requirements

• All questions should be answered, it must be neat, eye catching and innovative. • For LCP 4 endorsement letters from the following ;( someone that led you, someone

you’ve led, AIESEC Unity Alumni and Parent). For LCVPs 3 letters from the following ;( someone that led you, AIESEC Unity Alumni and Parent).

• The application answers should not exceed 20 pages with a minimum font size of 11• Application video must not be more than 5 minutes and should include; Self

introduction, your motivation for applying, what you envision for your portfolio. • All applicant must be on full membership status • All applicants should have the following separate documents as part of the application

LCP•Position / RoleThe main Role of the President is to drive strategic growth and development of local committee and ensure relevance of the organization in the short and long term. He/ She take care of the execution of local strategies, term priorities and leads Executive Board team. Position Role The Role of Local Committee Vice President Business Development is to develop external relation in the local committee and the role of F&L make sustainable financial flow and make sure all members led by compendium.
