As a MCB EDUCATION of Talent Management. I´m so proud about
TM of AIESEC Tabasco because the team grow up a lot this semester
and one of responsable of that grow was Luis Felipe because he is an
excelent vice president, he knew how to develop hard skills of your
team.
He is proactive and is a person who likes to work and enjoy
participation.
He knows very well the three programs AIESEC offers .Felipe is a
great person. He was an important factor and contributor in the
success of the TM área o AIESEC in Tabasco which in 5 months grew
from small cluster to middle cluster. I recommend his work because he
is professional and constantly.

1. Area#1Talent Management
The most important result achieved is that we provide operating capacity for AIESEC en
Tabasco, we have done the LEC in all areas, we expand the diversity of our membership
universities, and we were nominated to TM Award in Everest congress.
I think that these experiences can help me to accomplish my goals during my term
because I learned how to manage a team effectible and with authority. My experience as
VP TM can help me to accomplish my goals because I saw and learned about all the
problems in all areas in AIESEC en Tabasco and I learned about how to motivate a
memberships and manage a team, that is important for an LCP because with that tools
LCP can persuade positively to members.
2. Area #2ICX
I was ICX member and I learned the basic things of AIESEC, I think my experience in ICX is
going to help me to accomplish my goals because I have the opportunity to see the LC as
a member and I know how do you feel when you’re a newbie but the most important
thing is that I learned all the processes.
6. in maximum 100 words, please name your greatest challenge that you faced during
your AIESEC experience. What was the challenge, how did you overcome it and what have
you learned from this? (100 words maximum)
In AIESEC I have a lot of challenges because AIESEC it’s full of challenges but the challenge
I remember a lot is when TM Tabasco has to found 30 newbies and I learned how to work in
teams and work under pressure. To overcome this challenge we have to change the
strategy and we started to make promotion of 1 Newbie 1 amigo campaign.
1. How much time per day will you be able to invest on AIESEC during your LCP Term?
Please consider your activities as school, work, etc.
8 Hours per day.
2. How would other people describe your leadership style? (100 words maximum)
Indicative leader, he knows how to guide the group and delegate activities
without pressing. He proposes adequate Deadlines and only supervise that
the thing are happening. Is very confident with his team and he has known
how to empower to achieve their goals.

3. Please list your three strengths and three weaknesses and answer the following questions

Personal Strengths How this will make you a better Leader?
Empathic Because if you’re empathic, people create confidence with
you and then you can understand people to create a team
based on confidence and respect.
Committed Because if I’m committed, I’m going to be an example for my
team and in my opinion the best leader is the person who
brings the best example because a good example inspire to
others to do the things in the best way.
realistic I like to dream and to have an unlimited vision, but I’m a
realistic person and that makes me a better leader because
when other people don’t see the real situation I have the
opportunity to see that and to take a good decision.
Personal Weaknesses What are you doing to overcome these weaknesses?
disorganized To be honest is an important weakness but I have motivation to
be a better person and to overcome this, one of my motivation
is the King of England Jorge VI because he was stutterer and he
overcomes that doing a good speech. I’m motivated to
change, to be better and I’m working to be an organized
person.
Desperate I’m a desperate person I don’t like to wait; I want to overcome
this point because if I overcome this I’m going to have a better
attitude in some situations, I’m committed to be a better person
and I’m open to changes.

What are the main priorities for your LC overall?
The main priority is Quality in internship programs;
improve university relations, sustainability of LC, and
positioning of AIESEC en Tabasco as a mark.
What will be the greatest challenges for your LC in the next year? What
actions would you propose to overcome these challenges?
Create a marketing campaign that impact society of
Tabasco, advertising on street, universities, shopping’s, TV
spots, Radio spots, presence in the most important events of
Tabasco.
Apply to do Everest 2015 TABASCO.
Create Quality filters for internships that guide to
membership to create a really quality experience in three
programs.
Plan and do sustainable fundraising, create a control plan
for accountancy in AIESEC en Tabasco that create a real
economic sustainability
Create JD´S for people to take care about relations with
universities, ER position.
How will you manage these facts to impact in the 2015 vision
goals?
I want what AIESC Tabasco feel part of Gen 2015, one of
the vision and commitment of Gen 2015 and I believe on
that, this factor is so important to improve our organization, I
believe that if we have quality in our process we really take
care about people as humans not as numbers of internship,
we really create a life experience for others.
2. What are two strategies that you would like to see implemented in your LC in order to
increase the quality and efficiency of membership experiences?
The first strategy is to create quality filters that guide to members to make a quality process,
filters like internal audits, weekly internal NPS, spaces when members, Eps or TN takers
express how is going their experiences.
I want to improve the efficiency in AIESEC Tabasco, doing a good tracking to JD´S this
point is important because actually membership has JD´S but we don’t do tracking to that
JD´S to improve the experience and efficiency of our members.
1. Describe an organizational culture you would like to see in our committee. What
actions should be made to achieve it?
I want to see a committee with commitment, with values respect, responsibility,
compromise and members with formal work style.
as LCP I want to be an example and I want to have a team being the example for
members, in case of values I’m going to create a internal campaign to create that culture,
because for me the values as humans are important and in my opinion in a ONG like
AIESEC is the thing that represent who we are.
2. How will you manage your team in order to generate a correct synergy and
cooperation?
The first thing I want to do is create confidence with my EB and create a respect culture
because that is how we can do a good synergy and cooperation, I´m going to be an
example for my team and I want to create an identity who always remind us who we are
and what are our goals.
3. How can AIESEC in your entity balance quality with quantity (be specific)?
I think this point is so important because is difficult to have a balance, but that’s why we
are a team if we as AIESEC en Tabasco organize a good an specific plan we can have
balance between quality and quantity, we have to have a team focused on quantity
making real the numbers to create and collaborate to México goals and a team
focused on quality improving the processes and making better the experiences.
LCP: (Please, answer at the following specific questions)
1. Why do you believe the state of Tabasco needs AIESEC?
Tabasco is a state who have young people who want to be better, to improve
their state but the reality is that in Tabasco we don’t have a lot of opportunities to
become competitive in international network, and the local companies don’t have
the opportunity to improve their companies with international ideas that’s why
Tabasco needs AIESEC, but the real reason of why Tabasco needs AIESEC is
because we are a society who have a lot of thing to make better our young
people don’t speak English, our young people don’t care about environmental
stuff, don’t care about their education and the future, don’t care about the
situation of México that’s why Tabasco need AIESEC is the platform to make young
people improve their society and their realities.
2. Why do you want to be LCP?
I want to be LCPP because I want to impact state of Tabasco, I want to be part of
the change I want to see in my state, I’m so proud to be Tabasqueño, I want to
change a lot of thing in my state I want to see a Tabasco whit leaders and with
local companies being the best of México, I want that all young people have
access to education, that’s my motivation to apply to LCP I want to impact
Tabasco!
I want to improve a lot of thing in AIESEC Tabasco and take the thing we are doing
in 2014 and make it better in 2015. Someday I want to be MCP of AIESEC México
and I want to be prepared when I apply, so be LCP is part of my preparation.
3. How would you explain in around 50 words to a 10 year old what an LCP actually
does?
The LCP of AIESEC en Tabasco is the person who brings the tools for a team to
create solutions for problems of other people, and guide a team to make better
the life of other people.
4. What would be your main strategy you propose as LCP to take AIESEC in Tabasco to
the next level, and what is that next level? What would be the three drivers that you
would use to impulse that strategy? What are the projects per program and drivers
that would support the strategy of AIESEC in Tabasco?
I want to approach the bases that we have as LC this is the first thing to take AIESEC
Tabasco to the next level because if we don’t make strong the relations and the
positioning that we already do we can’t take AIESEC to the next level, I want to
implement values who represent what we are as organization.
The three drivers are Challengers, Innovators, and
Positioning. Developing you, I’m going to implement values in the LC and the driver is
challengers because I want to challenge members to create a real develop
experience.
Global Talent, I’m going to create a team who is going to be in charge of university
and TN takers relations to make it strong, the driver is positioning because if we
position our committee the universities and TN taker are going to believe in our
organization.
D. Specific Questionnaire
Global Citizen, I want to improve quality on this program because I think that if you
want to make an experience you have to take care about trainee or ep the drive
are going to impulse this strategy is innovators because we have to improve and
innovate the process to make it real the impact.
5. How many exchanges per program could your LC do in 2015? Break this down into
a Timeline (month by month) and into specific issues/sub products (depending of
the area). How many members would you need in each area? What projects would
you undertake each month?
6. If you could choose 1 program to be the program focus for your LC, which would
you pick, why, and how would you ensure that each of the support functions do
focus in that programs.
I will choose Ogcdp because the strategy for the next year is based on positioning,
quality and economic sustainability so Ogcdp is a program that positions word of
mouth AIESEC en Tabasco and this program create cash flow and economic
sustainability for AIESEC Tabasco, if we don’t have money we wouldn’t do
anything, that’s the importance of cash flow that bring Ogcdp.

7. How would you maintain and strengthen the external relations the LC has built in the
current year?
I think this topic is important and that’s why I choose in my strategy, I think in this
year EB and LC create important relations but the next year we need to approach
so my strategy is to create a team in charge of ER of AIESEC Tabasco.

9. What were your key learnings in your last year (or less) in AIESEC? How will you
apply them for your LCP year?
My key learning are how to manage a team, how to lead a team, how important is to hear
people and do actions based on that, how important is planning, tracking and motivation
to achieve goals.
I want to apply all of this with LC and EB because all point is important, I want to hear
members to make solutions and to innovate process, I want to make planning with my EB
and tracking that plan but with motivation to achieve our goals.
10. As LCP, how will you ensure that your LC will be impacting and align to “One
Mexico One purpose” vision?
I learned that if you want to achieve one goal you can’t alone, for me is important to
impact Tabasco but it too important impact México and México need Tabasco as a team
to achieve their goals, I think the first action I have to do is make AIESEC en Tabasco, feel
part of One México and tracking that, I want to do internships according the plan to make
it real Gen 2015 being part of México and AIESEC International.
