21,000One-to-One Appointments

Unrivaled Purchasing Power at AIBTM…

When it comes to Hosted Buyer programs we have it down to a science… High quality buyers plus a buyer driven appointment system means business is top of mind at AIBTM.

All Hosted Buyers are individually approved by a strict qualification process, conducted by a team of professional external qualifiers. Qualification is dependent on the following criteria:

• Number of events and/or meetings held annually• Purchasing authority• Annual budgets• Amount of business conducted domestically and

internationally• Potential for future business

How the Hosted Buyer program works

We host the Buyers to the show; in return they commit to attend one-to-one appointments with exhibitors of their choice.

• Hosted Buyers commit to attend up to 8 pre-scheduled one-to-one appointments with exhibitors per day

• Appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes each

• Twelve weeks pre-show each approved Hosted Buyer will begin to select a minimum of 15 exhibitors per day, in order of preference, to set an appointment with

• Six weeks pre-show our automated system will run an initial match-up to develop a meeting schedule based on buyer request and exhibitor availability

• All appointments are confirmed in advance of AIBTM, giving exhibitors a full agenda of meetings before we open for business

This process will ensure the best possible meeting scenario for both buyers and exhibitors. When you do the math, each exhibitor’s agenda can be filled with up to 30 one-to-one meetings. In fact, our global portfolio average indicates that over 60% of Hosted Buyers also choose to make additional appointments, confirming that our program is the cornerstone of our success.

Ways to Exhibit

Take a moment and view the options below. Take into consideration you, your company and your objectives for exhibiting at AIBTM – all of which play a significant role in your success.

Main Booth Holder

As the Main Booth Holder, you may choose one of the following booth and furniture options. All booths are sold in increments of 100 square feet:

Space Only: Purchase your booth space and supply your own unique booth.

Shell Schemes: Purchase your booth space and add the shell scheme option of your choice (standard or basic). Shell schemes provide more privacy, compared to traditional pipe-and-drape, when conducting one-to-one meetings and are frequently more cost efficient than shipping your own booth.

Furniture Packages: Furniture packages are available for all booths. At the bare minimum, we recommend a table and chair set-up so your Hosted Buyer appointments take place in a more structured meeting environment.

Exhibiting Partner

If you are an Exhibiting Partner you can benefit from sharing a booth with a main booth holder such as a Convention Bureau or a National Tourism Organization. Take advantage of this cost effective opportunity to enhance your brand and provide a strong united presence in one place.

We are committed to delivering a world class educational experience. Professional education has become a cornerstone of our global meetings & events portfolio and AIBTM will be no exception.
