Presenter: Frank Z. Frank Z. joined the CIA after more than 15 years in the telecommunication industry, working for Silicon Valley startups as well as major players. In his capacity as both a consultant and engineer, he helped to design and build internet architectures for governments and businesses around the world. He has leveraged these skills at CIA in a variety of interesting assignments. Frank holds a BS in Computer Science from the State University of West Georgia and an MBA from George Mason University.
