Consequences:•Movement to a different location
•Notification to Staff over walkie- Lapse, Teamplayer movement
Level 3- The SlipUp
Behaviors to look for:•Localized incident that needs to be written up

•Parents notified via email
•Privileges suspended for 2 days

•Behavior plan written
•Phone Call to Parents
•Privileges Suspended for a month
•Sent home for the day
Level 6- The Board-Check
Behaviors to look for:• A Severe or mutiple Incidents involving the Safety of the teamplayers and/or staff
Level 6- The Board-Check
Consequences:
•Talk with Director
•Behavior plan written
•Phone Call to Parents
•Privileges Suspended for a month
•Suspended for 1 day-1 week
•Conference with Parents
Level 4- The Double Cross
Consequences:•Talk with Director
•Behavior plan written
•Phone Call to Parents
•Privileges Suspended for the Week
Level 4- The Double Cross
Behaviors to look for:•Reoccuring incidents that are logged with same individual/s
