•Phone Call to Parents

•Privileges Suspended for a month

•Sent home for the day

Level 6- The Board-Check

Behaviors to look for:• A Severe or mutiple Incidents involving the Safety of the teamplayers and/or staff

Level 6- The Board-Check

Consequences:

•Talk with Director

•Behavior plan written

•Phone Call to Parents

•Privileges Suspended for a month

•Suspended for 1 day-1 week

•Conference with Parents

Level 4- The Double Cross

Consequences:•Talk with Director

•Behavior plan written

•Phone Call to Parents

•Privileges Suspended for the Week

Level 4- The Double Cross

Behaviors to look for:•Reoccuring incidents that are logged with same individual/s

Note: Level 6 3x– Teamplayer Involved comes up for review to determine continuation or expulsion from program
