Advantage A.C.T. has launched its own Certification Company in January 2014. We have also expanded the company in January 2011 when we launched the Legal Company, Steam Legal Compliance Solutions Pty Ltd. We employ only INTERNATIONALLY qualified ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 Auditors and Lead Auditors with knowledge and skill in the safety, health, environmental & quality disciplines. With the success of our team we are launching the certification section as part of Advantage ACT but with its own identity: AGO CERTIFICATION PTY LTD.

BSCIC is an abbreviation for Business Systems Conformance Impartial Certifications.

BSCIC is established as an impartial Conformity Assessment & Certification Body directly accredited by

National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) India & Joint Accreditation system for

Advantage A.C.T., as part of the SAQA/SETA process, has developed ALL their courses aligned to outcomes based principles and the continual improvement process of life-long learning. All our courses have a theoretical and practical approach. We prefer, but are not limited to, facilitating our training sessions on-site to ensure realistic application of the theory into practice and incorporating client/site specific information. On being assessed “competent” all delegates will receive an e-mail notification indicating that their certificate is available at a “vault” location which they can access immediately to obtain the certificate. OHS Act Legal Compliance Kit

This kit provides you with an electronic CD of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Each section of the act has been converted into auditing questions (± 1500 questions) with a compliance or non-compliance rating and a reference to the actual legal paragraph. As the audit/inspection is being completed the programme automatically calculates the total percentage of compliance or lack thereof of the section being audited / inspected. It also converts the total results in graphical format to be used in executive management meetings. It is no longer necessary to use external lawyers on a regular basis – the employee can do the legal compliance audits using this tool on their own with annual external confirmation by a professional legal entity. Now it is easy to obtain weekly or monthly verification of your organisations’ legal compliance status!
