‘Bunny Chow’ Durban Lamb Cur��
1. Heat butter in a pan, and add the diced lamb. Once browned, pour Big 5 Durban Cur�� sauce over the lamb and add chopped pepper and let it simmer with the lid on, stir�ing occasionally (leave for around 45 mins)2. To hollow out the bread rolls, cut across the top quar�er of the roll with a serated knife, gently pull the inner lining of bread out to make your bread bowl!4. Whilst the lamb is cooking, mix up the chopped cor�ainder, tomatoes and red onion into a salsa.3. Ser�e the cur�� in the bread bowl and sprinkle salsa on top (sour cream also compliments this well!)
