    Mels Choco Chip Cookie (0111/18) Yeilds : 18 Prep: 15mins Baking: 10mins

    Ingredients A: Dry ingre-dients: Sift these together in a bowl: 2 cups Flour / Maida cup Cornstarch 1 teaspoon Baking Soda Ingredients B : Wet ingre-dients: Into another bowl, blend these till soft and fluffy: 1 cup Butter cup Sugar cup Brown Sugar packed firmly 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Water 2 Eggs

    Ingredients C: 2 cups Chocolate Chips /

    MMs 1 cup Walnuts coarsely

    broken

    Method: Preheat oven at 350F Line a baking tray with Parch-ment or Baking Paper.

    Add the Dry Ingredients into the Wet Ingredi-ents.

    Blend them into a soft mix-ture.

    Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and all the wal-nuts and mix it using a spatula.

    Using an Ice Cream Scoop, scoop balls from the mixture.

    Place the balls on the tray. Leave 1 inch apart from

    each cookie ball space to expand!

    Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of each cookie and press down gently.

    Bake for 10mins till bottom turns a little brown.

    Remove the tray from the oven.

    Do not remove the cookies from the tray - leave the cookies on the hot tray to continue to finish baking for another 6mins.

    Cool on a wire rack before storing them in the Cookie Jar!
