CVS has been providing property advice to occupiers of commercial premises for over 17 years. Our national network of Chartered Surveyors are dedicated to reducing business rates and negotiating favourable lease terms on commercial premises across the UK.

We are fully regulated by RICS and through our use of expert knowledge and insight we have helped our clients realise savings of over £700 million. Furthermore, our results orientated fee structure means there are no upfront charges or survey fees.

Our achievements and client centric approach has resulted in our business being named as a finalist in the 2016 Property Week Awards for ‘Professional Agency Team of the Year’, and in recognition of our continued growth, we’re proud to have been identified as an Investec Mid-Market 100 Company. Our Sales Department sets us apart from our industry peers.

Our Business Development Executives generate appointments for our Commercial Property Consultants, who in turn drive the front end of our business. Our Business Development Team is fast paced, determined and vibrant.

CVS is a growing company - full of opportunity, and the Sales Department encourages fast-track progression with massive earning potential across all levels. The company continuously delivers both personal and team incentives, and there is no room for anything other than a “Can Do” attitude.

The Marketing Department creates and delivers all communication, PR and brand, both for internal and external clients. Working closely with all departments within CVS, the Marketing Team is responsible for producing the very best to support the business.

The Client Services Department provides full support to our client base and the team prides itself on delivering ‘world class’ service. As members of the Institute of Customer Service, we are committed to continually providing the very best in client experience.

Client Account Managers communicate with and support our clients every step of the way. Each Account Manager has their own dedicated client portfolio to support at every stage of the appeal process. Keeping in touch with clients on a regular basis is a key part of the role, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and retention at all times.

The Administration Team are responsible for processing contracts, appeal related correspondence and ensuring all correspondence is processed to a very high standard.

All teams are supported by an expert Management Team, passionate about providing a client service experience that is the most professional within the industry.

surveyor operations

Our Lead Generation and IT, Data & Systems Departments are based in Manchester, with some opportunities in the London office.

The IT, Data and Systems Department ensure that CVS’ systems and processes run smoothly. The focus for the team is to continue to refine and deliver high quality data, analysis and a number of improved IT platforms across all areas of the business.

The Lead Generation Department is the first cog in the CVS business generation wheel, the objective is to deliver quality leads to the business. This includes providing sales opportunities to our Business Development Team, enhancing our in-house knowledge database, and providing additional intelligence through ‘Special Projects’ for the Commercial Property Consultants, who in turn present the information to the prospective client.

Our Surveyor Operations Department consists of Surveyor Support Teams in Manchester and London, and the Savings Analyst, Appeals Support and MCC Teams based in Manchester.

The main focus of the Surveyor Operations Department is to support our respected national network of Chartered Surveyors.

Surveyor Operations is essential for our Surveyors to be able to carry out their role; assessing and valuing our clients’ properties to achieve fair and accurate business rates or a rent negotiation.

These key roles often involve administration support and preparation, and are therefore essential in assisting our property professionals in the delivery of our trusted service, in addition to driving revenue for the business.

In addition to our successful business rent and rates services, CVS can also help UK businesses save further money. We know the UK commercial property market inside out, with expertise in all types of commercial property, and relevant to all types of businesses.

Our Rating Audit Team support our clients in reducing their overheads by performing a Rating Audit and ensuring that all available allowances are claimed.

The CVS Finance Department is responsible for budget control, accounts payable & receivable and processing invoices, together with adhering to credit regulations and policies. Collections liaise with our clients with regards to invoices and payments.

Each member of the Finance & Collections Teams has exceptional organisational and communication skills in order to keep the business running smoothly.

CVS Head Office is based in Oakland House, a well maintained 14 storey landmark office block with excellent views over Old Trafford, Salford Quays and Media City.

The office has free parking with a dedicated multi-storey car park and cycle racks. It is in walking distance from both Trafford Bar and Old Trafford Metrolink Stations and several bus stops.

Oakland House has an on-site café and is located close to a Tesco Extra, M&S Food and Costa Coffee amongst other local amenities.

CVS’ London office is based in the prestigious Woolgate Exchange, located in the heart of the City of London close to the Bank of England and directly opposite the Guildhalll.

The location enjoys excellent transport links via Moorgate, Bank, Liverpool Street and Cannon Street stations (Central, Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, DLR and mainline).

A well-appointed place to work, Woolgate Exchange provides a staff deli & coffee bar and a subsidised gym.

The CVS Bristol office is located in Bull Wharf on Redcliff Street, close to its junction with Victoria Street and Bristol Bridge and in turn Broadmead shopping centre and Cabot Circus, Bristol’s main retail areas.

Bull Wharf is a modern office building, which was fully refurbished in 2012, with stunning views over the Avon River and Bristol’s floating harbour.
