With a deliberate maintenance strategy, Level III (250

day) interval inspections provides the assurance that

proactive measures are taken to avoid or mitigate possible

downtime events. Comprehensive system inspections and

function tests are always completed with well documented,

professional reports. Our technicians also provide onsite

training for a variety of preemptive maintenance practices.

TESCO has a team of certified, experienced professionals

ready to assist in the real time quotation, purchase, and

expediting of top quality, original replacement parts for your

system. With an extensive spare parts inventory, solutions

are offered for both TESCO and non-TESCO equipment.

Your order for spare or replacement parts will be shipped in

a timely manner, with competitive pricing. TESCO provides

quick, cost-effective solutions to get materials to your drilling

operation.

Inventory supply is tactically located around the globe

with availability 24/7. This allows TESCO to be perfectly

positioned to respond to customer needs—anytime,

anywhere.

TESCO has designed a comprehensive equipment lifecycle

maintenance management system. This has been proven

on a global scale through our expansive rental fleet which

operates at 99.6% up-time. TESCO has invested in

developing OEM Recertification programs and capabilities

along with specialty servicing tools and equipment. Our

major facilities have a Dynamometer (Dyno), wherein your

newly recertified unit will be tested under load, torque, and

speed to simulate actual drilling conditions.

TESCO invests in quality through the development of their

people, processes, facilities and knowledge sharing. Through

our Competency Assurance Program, all TESCO technicians

are certified and trained. This ensures the TESCO standard

of professionalism, aptitude, and competency is consistently

delivered in every location.

TESCO’s EHM is an asset condition monitoring system which

incorporates a preventative maintenance program. This

program predicts critical system failures and reduces non-

productive time by analyzing real-time data against historical

trends.

From anywhere in the world, clients are able to view the

status and location of their equipment, analyze drilling

parameters and maintenance records. Through TESCO’s

24/7 monitoring service, customers are instantaneously

notified of service events or abnormalities. This allows our

customers to proactively plan for equipment inspection and/

or repairs, avoiding catastrophic failure and unplanned down

time events.

TESCO’s EHM is available for use on both new and existing

top drive equipment, and utilizes the provision of TESCO’s

Global Support Team to facilitate real-time monitoring and

24/7 technical support.

TESCO AMSS has a team of engineers, QC systems and

personnel to ensure repairs are carried out in accordance

with TESCO and industry standards. These repairs are

always certified and documented before being returned for

operation.

Upon completion of the recertification, you will have a full

sense of security and comfort knowing that TESCO operates

under strict rules and regulations, following CAODC, API,

and ISO.

Additional service inspections in accordance with OEM

standards, such as Level III inspections, are recommended

to further enhance and maintain the life of your equipment.

Each recertification includes the inspection function and load test of the top drive system

TESCO specializes in the recertification of both TESCO and

non-TESCO Top Drives, as well as automated pipe handling

equipment. Each recertification includes the inspection
