Focus on Missions

For information on Missions listed below, please contact Suzanne Clegg at [email protected].

Last Sunday BFUMC gave $1,167 for Wesley Woods, a ministry of the UM Church for older adults. It’s not too late to give! Just be sure to mark your gift “Wesley Woods.”

Did you know Buford First UMC has a book on its history? The book was written by church member Handsel Morgan. Handsel taught Sunday School for many years here and has compiled and published a book of his Sunday School Lessons also. These books sell for $25.00 each and are available in the church office. Proceeds support the Youth Ministry. Let us know if you’d like to purchase one!

Looking ahead…Blood Drive June 2nd! Please plan now to give blood between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Sunday, June 2nd. Lives are saved when blood is readily available.

Won’t you help?

The Bahamas Team needs your help! Support this mission with: • Stockholder Donations: See the form in the Narthex and CLC lobby to give toward the trip. You

can also see the list of team members and use this form to pray for us!

• Donations for the residents of All Saints Camp. Donations of toiletries, first aid supplies, and snacks help these people in a big way. Please drop off items in the bins located in the Narthex and CLC lobby by June 23rd.
