In addition, they also desired a secluded location, but within easy walking distance to a comprehensive range of amenities. This, remarkable, three storey, house met all their requirements and, since coming to live here, they have put their own stamp on the house and enhanced it noticeably. Favourite room: Another improvement was to create a Master suite on the top floor which is now a haven of total relaxation and opulence.

The private walled courtyard, with its sensitive, low maintenance, planting certainly has a Mediterranean atmosphere and is an idyllic space for quiet relaxation with a good book, or for al fresco dining with friends.

The main reception room is elegant and spacious and is located is on the first floor of this lovely home. Being apart from the ‘busy’ ground floor, the owners find this extremely convenient, particularly when they have guests.

Of course there will be sadness when the owners say farewell to this lovely home. They have been very happy and content whilst living here in a house and location which has met, and excelled, every aspect they were hoping for when they came to live here.
