3CV S.r.l. was born in 2001 as partner of the main companies in the Industry of the electrical connection, acting as sub-assembler and

manufacturer of harnessing of circular and coaxial connectors for the industrial, military and mass-transport market.

In year 2010 the company got certification UNI EN ISO 9001-2008and after taking commercial agreements with important companies of the Industrial sector the Company decided to manufacture on its own

some lines of circular connectors in conformity with MIL-C-26482 and MIL-C-5015.

This activity has led to an increase in personnel and development of the organization, which now includes departments such as designing and quality assurance, as well as a figure verifying the production process.A huge variety of production equipments and a test lab have been set

up to test the products in order to guarantee the quality and the conformity of the products according to the most important

requirements of these MIL specification.

products that meet the expectations of quality and cost, and can be able to follow them from the earliest stages of design

of its product.

The market of electrical connections requires reliability and confidence and to get both of them it’s necessary to have

Our aim is to consolidate and extend our position constantlyinvesting in research and development, becoming the Italian

Mission

3CV has developped a remarkable experience in the assembly of various types of products like connectors, switching boxes, electronic devices and can satisfy every requirements regarding connection: connectors and accessories, complete wire harnessing and tooling to realize them,

integration of connectors on the device of the customer.

Wire harnessing and connectors are made for every sector: Military, Railway, Industrial and Telecom.

The company can support a massive production of wire harnessing for radio frequency applications, with all types of cables like PTFE, PE, semirigid, corrugated and all types of

connectors like BNC, N, TNC, SMA, SMB, MCX….Every wire harnessing is tested and also certified if required.

In the range of products manufactured by 3CV are also icluded overmolding that enable to use the products in severe conditions environments.

3CV uses for the production of components of a subsidiary company, equipped with both conventional and CNC lathes of last generation, thanks to the expertise of skilled professionals is able to achieve high levels of quality to meet the demands of the most demanding customers.

Additional equipment automatic and semiautomatic allow the subassembly and assembly of connectors quickly and cost-effectively.
