that Lincoln Oil and Gas LLC intends to withdraw and transport ground water for industrial pur-poses. Ground water shall be withdrawn from well, Registration #G-064556, located in the center of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 15 N, Range 52 W, both in Cheyenne County. The water is to be used for the construc-tion and fracturing of oil wells located in the N 1/2 of Section 35, Township 15 North, Range 52 West, Cheyenne County. It is estimated that 11 acre feet of water will be used on the project. This with-drawal and transfer is anticipated to begin on April 1, 2013 and end on September 1, 2013.
