Consulting with Senior Military Management to establish medical requirements and delivering the facility safely and efficiently for worldwide Operations and Exercises.
Overseen and implemented several continuous/rapid improvement events that have streamlined processes and reduced waste within the engineering environment.
Project managed and commissioned the aircraft battery charging facility at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan. This was required to provide a needed capability to the United Kingdom’s Joint Helicopter Force.
