Heres whats coming up for the month of February!
Big News! We are moving the after school book clubs to lunch
time!
Beginning in March interested students will have the opportunity
to
participate in these Book Clubs during lunch. (Look for more
information
and sign-ups that will be coming home soon).
Feb. 10thFeb. 22nd: Letter to Mother Earth (optional writing
activity that will be sent
home to be completed).

Rockwell Reads Under The Stars
Family Reading Night & Book Swap
Friday, February 15th

Please join us for a night of reading fun! Put on your PJs,
bring your sleeping bags
& camping chairs and cuddle up under the stars with your
family and a good
book.
The night will include a read aloud, fun reading activities, a
chance to try out some
great iPad apps, and time to talk about your favorite books
& characters.
Please bring a gently used book or two and participate in our
Book Swap.
Leave a book behind and leave with the adventure of a book that
is new to you!(Event Flyer to be sent home early next week)
Week of Feb. 25th: Look for The Lorax students will search for
pictures of staff
members sporting the Lorax mustache placed throughout the
school.
