Wear liner thicknesses
We are able to deliver wear liner thicknesses up to 100 mm (4“)
Normally for our oil sands coarse tailings solutions we use 50 mm. (2“)
Outer cover thickness is standard 15 mm thick to protect the solution on the
outside against UV, cold, damage and bitumen integration.
Reinforcement thickness depending on the pressure rating (design class of the
line) and the chosen cord material.

Diameter, length and radius
Trelleborg has developed dredging hoses to withstand severe conditions
with our advanced technologies and rich experiences in the polymer
industry for the last 60 years. Our range of products has almost no limit.
Produced on customers specification from ø50 mm (ø2”) to ø2000 mm
(78”) overall length, depending on the diameter, up to 12192 mm (40’).
Preformed elbows in various sizes (15° to 90° 5D) with diameters up to
30”.
