    Schedule of Classes and Events

    All classes and events require advance registration. Programsare open to all military and civili an personnel and their familiesunless otherwise noted. For registration and information,call the Airman & Family Readiness Center at 634-3366.

    The A&FRC now offers childcare payment whenattending certain classes indicated by this symbol30 minutes prior to and after the class at a maximum of $5/hr.Childcare must be by an FCC provider (lists available at A&FRC)

    Deployed Family Dining

    September 5 & 19, 1730-1830

    This is a chance for deployed spouses and their families to enjoya low cost meal from the marshal dining facility. As well as meetand mingle with other spouses.

    OAEEP Warden Training

    September 26, 0900-1100.

    This training is required for newly appointedOkinawa Area Emergency Evacuation Plan (OAEEP).Learn the OAEEP and Safe Haven procedures.

    Sanshin for Beginners

    Every Thursday, 1700-1800Learn a traditional Ryukyu song on the Sanshin, anOkinawan 3-string instrument. Participants can start atany time; eight classes per session.
