The Visioning Session - Outline Facilitated by a District Visioning Team (ideally 3 or 4

people) using established methodology

Based on answers 5 questions:

• Who are we?• Where are we?• Where do we want to be? (Vision)• How will we get there? (Action plan)• How will we know when we have arrived?
