Case Study

Village: Adhaun (00303)Software first we check the current Online PeriodOf the Jamabandi. In this case it is : 2013-2014After this the software check the total Deed of this village registered through HARIS (Deedcode=“…………..” and book no. 1.Total registry found = 99

Page 5: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

• Now the Situation is like this total deed exist in HARIS is 99 those mutation maximum we can check.

Page 6: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

First the software check only the deed of the current Jamabandi period.

• In this case the deed of those regdate is >= 16/06/2014.

• Total Reg. was 8

Page 7: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

After this software check the deed of the Old Period.

• In this case the deed of those regdate is <= 15/06/2014.• Total Reg. was 91 i.e. 99-8• While checking this we have to obtain a cutoff date i.e. the base

date. – It may be the date on which we mark the village online or if not

marked any date then– the first Mutation entered in the software

• In the present case I found date of online of this village is 08/01/2008

• 41 Registries are registered before 08/01/2008• So we are going to check only 50 registry of period between

15/06/2014 and 08/01/2008

Page 8: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

Care taken while checking the Mutation.

• First we check only the Registry No. against village under consideration.– If not found take it as Not Entered.– If found then we go for checking the reg. date.

Page 9: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

Other Issues

• In many cases Operators also entered some mutations without Reg. No. We have tried to show them also.

Page 10: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

Other Issues

• In many cases Operators also entered some Backlog Entries "Others Mut. Pending (Backlog Entry)”. We have tried to show them also.

Page 11: P pt regdpendingmutationlist

Other Issues

• As some district also keeps the database of haris yearwise , so we also tried to capture the registeries from the registry remarks table exist in the Halris database.

• (This is the actually step which processed while we choose the option “Yes” for accurate finding)

• “Yet to be Entered” is being calculated only considering the latest database of haris.
