to the relationship between the employer and employees!

• Recognition plans should be aimed at motivating employees and promoting company values

Create fun team-building games

• Make the workplace fun while doing team-building exercises to boost workplace morale !

• Create fun events both in and outside of the office !

• Don’t approach it in a dry or boring way

Adopt a !transparency !policy

• Closed doors, whispered meetings and cryptic messages alienate everybody!

• Show respect by being open!

• Encourage employees to also be open

Offer professional development

• Help people on the team reach their goals!• Investing in employees and their

professional development shows that the company cares about their personal as well as organizational goals !

• Help employees understand where they want to grow, and offer resources to help them accomplish that goal!

• Provide ongoing feedback on their performance so that employees can grow
