Who We Are? ACH Management Consultants provides workforce solutions across sectors, currently
focused mainly on Executive Search and Selection primarily catering to the mid-senior
level professionals across sectors.
Started in 2004, grown to a 60 people organization, headquartered in Mumbai; 2 other
branches in Pune and Delhi.
A team of dedicated Managers and consultants from premier B-Schools having industry

100% Placement is still the buzz word but a job ‘of choice’ for each student is long forgotten. Only 5%-10% is employable!
As per several studies, only 20% of the students continue in the same job after 2 years that they get from the college campus
Even in top B Schools, students are just forced to accept job offers without giving it a second thought
A fresh graduating student often fails to understand the parameters based on which a job offer must be evaluated
Result: Unemployment of massive attrition negatively impacting the student profile on a long term basis
There are more than 150 MBA institutes in & around Mumbai with not so good placement reports. Needles to say, every student can never be less deserving!

The steps
There will be a knock-out round at the end of each module.
Students performing less than the minimum benchmark would be
dropped and unaccounted fee would be refunded
