The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we startDesign and Installation office have been transferred and we have now also transferred the server and IT rack .The following are the next steps a) Installation of Glass door in show room and in

reception area upstairsb) Intercom installation on new door c) Lighting, power, data installation in design and

commissioning offices- target for these to be completed and all of us to move back to our places – by End April 2016

Projects and deadlines

• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and 15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We have managed to start up all equipment- We need a date from CVA/CCI on when we can have some basic closed loop controls installed and commissioned. Last week we also installed temporarily install two speed drives... This will generate more business for ESI – Well done to all who helped with this effort.

• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- Most of the T&C should by now be completed... I am expecting un update from CCI re the status here

Projects and deadlines• 14_001_Fadalah-There are some snags here

which are to be resolved (by others)• Projects 12_026 SCM Buildings 02, 03, R3 & R4

and 12_027 Security Systems Parliament- are still pending projects and we need to tackle these with our internal re organisation

• 13_070_SCM Lagoona_Pump room- We have pulled most cables .All terminations possible are to be completed ASAP

Projects and deadlines• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have made

progress on commissioning here- we will also soon need to come up with a plan and target date here.

• 13_052 New offices- Now a target is – Complete all installations and everyone to move back to their places by end of April 2016

DesignLast week• Siggiewi – implemented feedback, some more

feedback from Clifford is required, NFH chasing accordingly.

• OTM – started & completed SAS00756 & Q014 TF3

• OVt New Residence 15_038 – continued & completed 1st run of BMS P&Ids

• ESI – logged all details of Server move on excel, sent to Clifton, SAA, TBR

DesignNext Week:• Siggiewi – chase Clifford for the missing information• MDH MAU - 5x print-outs of ‘For Construction’ old drawings,

all on A4.• Life Sciences - start gathering Panel Drawings from Clifton &

Clinton, and implement their changes & JGH hand-marks accordingly.

• Hilton – take note of Terminating Matrix feedback• MDH MAU – Hand-over engraved labels to JGa @ MDH• MDH MAU – hopefully conclude Rivets for above engraved

labels• Apap villa – Start design (P&IDs), get Points list from TBR first

InstallationPast week:– Testing of field devices I/O’s at Hilton– Installed VSD’s temporary at Hilton– Continued with terminations at SCM Lagoon– Completed cable testing at SCM Lagoon– Completed commissioning at Westin– Completed wall chasing at ESI offices– Removed DAC and old BMS panel at ESI offices

InstallationNext week:– Second and third fix at ESI offices– Complete JGH office and corridor– Move intruder panel (RIO) to new premises– Painting– Install field devices at SCM Lagoon– Repairs on PA-VA system at SCM– Install a canopy above MCC-1 at Westin

Development and Commissioning• We have done large important steps on finishing off the

Parliament we need to get the documentation out of the way too to avoid us going time and time again on site- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET A COMPLETION

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• Life Sciences- We have also concluded with Training now... Documentation and some snags are pending

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we awaiting the client

Development and Commissioning• OTM urgent jobs and snags were also done in the last weeks• Another project that needs attention is CCA Villa ... There are

still some snags to be addressed –intruder alarm integration• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and

are waiting from Panta on this• The Siggiewi Primary school project – we need to close off

with data collection , snags and documentation here• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software development

and we have done quite some progress – we are also now commissioning this project- we will need to come up with a plan here.

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- We are

presently working on a task list and POW as well as setting up the test rigs

Sales and Business Development

• We have been working on a quote for CCTV at Enemalta and quotes for variations for existing projects.
