The training consultant becomes a facilitator. His role is to assist the group in discovering things by themselves, and not instructing them in pre-determined ways of doing things that cannot possibly apply to everyone's particular circumstances. The trainer facilitates by applying knowledge to real-life situations: he gives each person the tools to take ownership of their own learning process and to apply key concepts in their job and company.

To maximize the opportunity represented by training, Risorsa Uomo goes far beyond simple classroom presentations: we provide individualised support and coaching, another important tool for skill development.
