Many of Kate’scustomers spend a bit more time looking at the catalogues, “I have always showna flexible approach with my customers, splitting the order deliveries to suit them, and delivering
around when they have the money, without a doubt, money is tight this year but customers in myarea certainly are not going to make that ruin their Christmas!”.

TOP TIP FOR CHRISTMAS
10.10.08 Issue 41 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN
“I was collecting my catalogues from my customer base when I noticed one of my ‘Help Wanted’ slips wascompleted by one of my regular customers. So, when I was delivering her products last week I gave her aninformation pack. This wasn't the first time that I had given her a pack, on the last occasion it had been for a friendof hers. I asked her was this for another friend, but she told me that this time it was for her!
She told me that her little boy is starting school in September and she is looking for an opportunity to earn extramoney, but at the same time be there for him. I told her that I honestly didn't know of any other opportunity thatwould give me the flexibility to work around my children like Kleeneze does. This is the perfect business to workaround a busy family! I am a full time mum of two, both with very busy schedules! Jimmy has a full-time job and
we have our Kleeneze business which we run part time but with a full-time attitude, earning us a fantastic extra income.
She also remarked that she knew that there was no way that I would be out in the rain (which we get a lot of here in Ireland!) snow and galeforce winds, if this wasn't working for me - how true!
I basically did a doorstep presentation there and then, but in fairness she already knew quite a lot about how the business works. Over the lasttwo-and-a-half years I have been telling her about the business and our awesome team and what we are achieving.
She promised to look at the DVD and I was to call the next day to make an appointment to do a presentation with her and her husband. This wasdone on Wednesday resulting in her signing up with an awesome two hundred catalogues which are already bagged up and dropped!
This just proves that you never know where your next team member will come from. I tell everyone I know and meet what I do and always askthem if they are interested or do they know of anybody that may be interested in this fantastic opportunity - you just never know!”
Tina and Jimmy McGrath, Bronze Executive Distributors
YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE YOUR NEXTTEAM MEMBER WILL COME FROM
“I started at the beginning ofJuly this year and buildingmy rounds over the summer
holidays has not been thateasy. However, I took the lasttwo weeks of August off to be
with my son and once he startedback at school my plan was to go for it
big time! I was looking forward togetting my first order in as I wanted to
order in my Christmas Catalogues and Cabouchon.
On the Monday morning it was absolutely tipping it down and theheavens opened as I collected the catalogues, retrieving around 30,mostly soggy looking specimens. Working from the back of my carI sorted the packs out and found about £22 of orders.I wiped down and re-packed the packs and went on my way todeliver these, thinking it didn’t look good for getting a £250 orderthis week.
By the time I had completed my deliveries I looked like somethingout of Worzel Gummidge and had to dash home and changeclothes as I was drenched. I then went for a hot cuppa with afriend, feeling in need of a pick me up.
When I got home after the school pickup there was a message onmy phone from a lady saying that she wanted to ‘order lots’ andhow long would delivery take. I called her back and left a messageregarding expectation on delivery. The next day I went to collect theorder but she was not home. The day after I found them in. BeforeI met the lady her husband came rushing out asking if I hadanother order form, as she had filled the original one - luckily I didand handed it over in amazement / bewilderment as this was anunexpected situation.
The lady then appeared and handed me the completed form and Ileft without looking at it in front of her - from a manners point ofview. I quickly went round the corner and was shocked to see theorder amounting to over £200. I couldn’t believe it!
I phoned my upline in excitement and then dropped everything toput the order through. I later told the lady that an order of thatmagnitude deserved priority treatment from a customer satisfactionpoint of view.
Once the order arrived I called her to arrange a delivery time andleft a message. As I was delivering to her neighbour she called meand when aware of my location told me to pop in. Once inside shehanded me an order form and pen and told me to write. She thenreeled off more urgent orders which totalled to £170. I then left tofetch her first order and when handing this over also presented herwith a small box of Maltesers as a ‘thank-you for my largest singleorder so far’. She was really chuffed by this and was thanking mefor her present as I left. She now has her second order, plusChristmas and Cabouchon ctalogues and I have a treasuredcustomer who has me on speed-dial! Thanks to her, I was able toget my Christmas catalogues earlier plus she has paid for amajority of them!
It just goes to show that no matter how wet you are, how fewcatalogues you have or how down in the dumps you are – younever know what’s around the corner.”

ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 41 10.10.08
Kleeneze’s like a box of chocolates“Kleeneze is a massive learning curve; if any one has seen Forrest Gump, Tom Hanks often says in themovie, “my mamma always said life is like a box of chocolates…you never know what your gunner get.”And that’s like doing a pick up - whether it be on a blanket drop or an established round!
In the pouring rain, doing an established round, we expected 13 orders (based on the 1-in-4 rule) wegot five. But the very last house we picked up from gave us an order for £83 - RESULT!
Whether the weather is good, bad or just okay, it could be a good day or bad day but things can onlyget better, as long as you have a smile on your face and just think of the reward at the end. The rewardbeing what you want from this business - £50 extra a month or maybe to walk across the stage and getmedals. We know our goals and we are working hard to achieve them (believe it, we will be there!).
Tina Keating and Alastair Crew, Silver Distributor
Missed out on qualifying for Vienna? Don’t beat yourself up. As a wiseman once said to us: shut up and move on! Get those ChristmasCatalogues out there, because there is a whole host of incentives to bewon with Kleeneze. From day one, you can qualify for some of ourmost exceptional rewards, including a trip around the Caribbean onthe Club Med 2 and a brand new Corsa!
This month alone, Silver Executive Distributors Richard and ClareChantler have snapped up the third quarter Mini Cooper, demonstrating 105.28% year-on-year growth and qualifying forVienna and the Caribbean Cruise!
Elsewhere in the Network, other Distributors have also been workinghard to qualify for some of our many incentives.
“Sadhna and Sanjay Shah joinedour team on the last day of Period8. On that same day, a family friendand business partner Sanjay Amindecided to join their team as theirfirst team member as he’d heardabout the fantastic Summer Sizzlerincentive and the chance to earntheir initial investment back.
With that in mind, Sadhna and Sanjay set out to get their first orderswith a simple plan to follow.
The first week sales order was £374, which qualified them for half aRetail Kit. Meanwhile, Sanjay had been working the plan with themand he put through his first order of £370 and qualified for thesame incentive.
The plan was working. By the second week the £400 target had beenachieved by both distributors ensuring that Sadhna and Sanjay wouldbenefit from getting their investment back of £160.
Spurred on by this fact Sanjay now was on a mission to find someoneto introduce as his first team member. What’s the best method theyasked to find someone? Simple: warm market. With this awesomesuccess story unravelling, the word was being spread. During theirson’s 11th birthday party they spoke to all the family. I was invited tospeak with their brother-in-law and show him the Opportunity DVD.
By Sanjay’s fourth week, Sadhna’s sister Kundan and husband Kirit hadjoined the successful trio. Success followed success and by the end ofthe Period, Sadhna and Sanjay had amassed sales over £1,507,qualifying them for a free Retail Kit. Duplicating their actions, Sanjayquickly followed suit reaching 13%, earning him £470 and qualifyinghim for a free Retail Kit.
This was all done as a family team around a busy home and running abusiness of their own already. Sadhna is a working mum, with a part-time job at a local bank. Everybody in the household helps to look
after their 11-year-old son, which due to a medical condition requires24/7 care.
What an inspiration to us all. Justwatch this space with such a greatwork ethic they will go far.
And yes Kundan and Kirit hit salesof over £400 within their first twoweeks, which ensured they receivedtheir set-up costs back. By settinggoals they worked towards them agreat future for all of them ahead.”
Rob and Christina Cann, Gold Distributors
To find out about the incentives these Distributorshipsqualified for and many more that are available, log onto the DSA.
It’s not just Kleeneze that offer fantastic incentives either. ManyDistributors put on their own amazing rewards within their ownteams. Incentives clearly work and you can use them at any level of thebusiness, offer recognition through certificates or even prizes (exclusivebadges, t-shirts, anything!). In fact, you will find any reward workswhen people compete for it!
“Here’s a picture of the WildBunch, who all qualified forour tenth anniversary trip toour Casa in Spain. We sizzledin the sunshine, drankchampagne and sizzled in thesunset. The Wild Bunch motto– work hard and play hard.”Peter and Jackie White,Gold Premier ExecutiveDistributors.
