REVIEWER’s COMMENTS Consider our AS-IS model (the way we work at the moment) this is almost a non-existent phase. It’s not clear how we collect ideas and opportunities and how

we register then. This should-be model propose the registration of a new opportunity. This SHOULD-BE model also contain a filter step in which the registered ideas will be analysed in terms of alignment with the strategic p lan. The documents were all developed already and its ready for implementation Next steps: assign responsibilities for each tasks
