TERMS AND CONDITIONS

･ Bids open for Seller’s acceptance up to 2 hours following conclusion of auction

･ Bids subject to Buyers’ inspection of vehicle within 24 hours of Seller’s acceptance

･ Bidders pay Seller directly within 48 hours of Seller’s acceptance

• Bidders are encouraged to place their Best Bid

• Top Five Bidders are advised of High Bid and Four Runner Up Bidders are invited to Re-bid

• Right of First Refusal given to Initial High Bidder at High Bid plus $ 100.00
