• Reconcile YTD SIE to Financial Statements and to PSR– Make sure PSRs are printed at actual rates

• Timing– Pool Maintenance

– Check Pool Account/Org setup utility

– Build Rate Application Table

– Compute and Print Pool Rates

– Compute Burden Cost

• Were Variances Posted to G/L with Revenue Posting

• Were Any Changes Made to the Pool Base or to the Pool Sequencing

• Run Utility to Display Invalid Pools in Project Ledger

• Check for Burden Cost Ceilings/Overrides/Fixed Rates


Troubleshooting Revenue

• Reconcile YTD rolled-up PSRs to G/L Financial Statements

• Timing – Compute Burden Cost

– Post bills and journal entries, if needed for revenue

– Maintain amounts for Fixed Amount/EAC/ETC revenue formulas

– Enter any revenue adjustments

– Verify rates are set up for LLR projects and unit pricing

– Load Labor Rates

– Compute Revenue

• Check Compute Revenue EXE date

• Check for Ceilings – Total, Direct Cost, Burden Cost, and/or Fee

• Changes to project owning org or revenue accounts

• Changes in revenue formula level
