Hi Alistair,
Thanks so much for sending through the info – really great to see your plans for the new site!
You obviously have a strong service and really care about what you do, but there are definite improvements that can be made to:
• Customer Narrative• Calls to Action• Showcasing more of your passion
and professionalism
OPTION 1 – Supporting your copy
If you feel happy completing the writing yourself, I will report page-by-page on the site’s copy, with explanations on what works and what doesn’t, and how to
improve the customer journey to conversion.
These reports are usually delivered by a series of short videos. (But written reports are absolutely fine if you would prefer them.)
OPTION 2 – Writing key copy
This option includes the report in option 1, together with:
• Elevator pitch: 100 word summation of the customer proposition and key selling points, delivered in the Acre Design Tone of Voice.
• Homepage title / site strapline: 20 options for an opening title, bringing together all of the elements of the elevator pitch into one statement.
OPTION 3 – Writing the full copy
I’d suggest having six key pages on the customer conversion journey professionally copywritten:
• Homepage• About • What we do• Extensions landing page• Conservatories homepage• Book an appointment
CostsOption 1 – Supporting Your Copy
£155
Option 2 – Key Copy £475
Option 3 – Full Copy £850
I’m not currently VAT registered, so you won’t be liable for that. Price includes unlimited iterations until you’re completely happy.
Time frames
• Option 1 - this would occur after you have written the copy, and would take 3-5 days to complete.
• Option 2 – First drafts of the elevator pitch and titles would be with you after 2-3 days.
• Option 3 – First drafts of ll six pages will be with you in 5-7 days.
A couple of options
• You could just offer copywriting as and when people ask for it.
• I’d be happy to add something to any quote
• I’d normally meet with the client – delighted for you to be a part of that meeting if you’d like to be.
Hope this all make sense. Apologies for my feeble design skills – now you can see why I’m more of a word guy…
Look forward to chatting soon. I can make some time next week to get stuff done, as I know you’re keen to get moving.
In the meantime, Happy Friday!
Speak soon,
Steve
