● Your wedding card sets the tone of your marriage and thus calls for careful scrutiny

before selection.

● Select a card which suits your personality and the theme of your marriage.

● Selecting the right design for your wedding card will take time.

● Give your designer your fresh and innovative idea, if you have any, orelse rely on his

experience if you trust him.

● Always try to bring something innovative and unique in designing which will catch

the attention of your guests.

Inform your guests

● Your wedding invitations should at least include the couple and their parent's name,

location and date.

● You can include information cards, if you want to add more information about your

marriage.

● Your guests should get a fair idea about things related to your marriage after going

through your invitation.

Proofreading is very important

● Always go for a proofreading before finalizing your wedding card.

● Get a copy of final printed invitation, and look through it carefully to check that no

errors are there in it.

● Spelling mistakes, fonts, color, alignment, etc should be seen properly before

giving a final nod for printing the entire lot.

Number of Wedding cards to be ordered

● Have a clear idea in your mind about the number of wedding cards that you want to

get printed.

● Remember that everyone on your guest list will not require a separate card so do

guests while counting them.

Right time to send it

● Make sure that your wedding invitation reaches your guests at the right time so that

they can make their arrangements.

● Ideally the wedding card should be sent 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding day.

notification at the right time.
