Burst Crackers but be Safe

Bursting crackers is one of the best ways of celebrating the US Independence Day. There are certain restrictions on usage of certain type of crackers in some States, you should know about the relevant laws.

Do not Allow Young Kids to light

You should not allow your young son or daughter to light fireworks. If some adult is bursting crackers in front of kids, the kids should be kept at a safe distance

Older Kids should be Guided by an Adult

Older kids should burst crackers under the guidance of an adult. Crackers should be lighted one at a time

Choose a Clear Area

There is a huge risk of fire accidents while bursting crackers. So the activity should be done far from the house, in an open space. There should not be dry leaves or other objects on the spot that can easily catch fire

Do not poke malfunctioning fireworks

Some fireworks do not set off. One should not poke or relight them. Such crackers are one of the most common reasons that lead to accidents

Keep Firefighting Equipment Nearby

Proper arrangement should be made before setting off fireworks. Keep a fire extinguisher and a bucket of water nearby. Enjoy a safe Independence Day!
