• Analysis of current situation:• Audience – Are they young? Married? Unemployed? Academia?• Activity of followers – Are your followers more likely to “Like” your post

in the morning, afternoon, evening or at 5 PM?• What type of Facebook post gets the most attention from audience – Is

it a picture of a dog? Or a car? Or some text?

When will you post?

• If your audience is most active in the morning, put the post before!• Use the non-busy hours (from 8PM to 7AM)!• Don’t sleep over the weekend!

How much posts will you post per day?

• 1-2 times per day is enough.• 7 posts on weekly basis is OK.• Be aware of your own page’s statistics!

What will you post?

• For photos and links – 80 characters.• Short, clear and precise text = high quality post!• A picture is worth a thousand words!

How to get the feedback?

• Comments are good way to find meet your audience.• Ask a question!• Reply to answer!

Task number One“Citizens for Peace” is a non-governmental/non-profit organization from somewhere that promotes world peace. It participates mostly in international youth projects.

They have a Facebook page for some time, but it has very small number of followers (likes) and people are not interacting with them.

They invited you to make a Facebook marketing strategy for them. What do you need first?

You need statistics!

AUDIENCE: Mostly young people (from 16 to 25 years) with high school education and mostly singleTHE MOST ACTIVE TIME: Afternoon (especially from 4PM to 7PM)POSTING FREQUENCY: 4 times per day, mostly text and links

They are making a new Facebook page and they wish you to make them a good marketing strategy.

They want to have all sort of people as followers.

“Words of Love” is a new project of various NPO/NGO. As a result, they are going to publish a love poetry book with love lyrics around the world.

They want to promote the book on Facebook and they want to invest some money personally to help in promotion.
